The CBC supports the submission of genomic artifacts to relevant repositories, such as NCBI’s Genbank. Details on the data accepted and formatting requirements can be found here. For data associated with genomic artifacts but not accepted through Genbank, Dryad provides hosting options that may be free in association with specific journals or for a fee if not.
The UCHC cluster provides affiliates of UConn the opportunity to configure virtual machines to host public data which can range from small datasets to an entire custom database associated with a genome(s) project. The center can provide the specified hardware for a member of your team to configure and maintain with the data of your choice.
