Data Therapy Session (Friday, December 15th at 10:30am) – Xanadu HPC Session
Mike Wilson, the CBC administrator for the UCHC cluster, will be here in Storrs on December 15th to answer any HPC questions you may have.
These sessions are offered bi-weekly but we will not be holding a session on December 29th – we will resume meetings on January 5th.
We welcome beginners and advanced users to generate a productive discussion!

HPC Downtime: Xanadu/HPC1 – Tuesday, November 21st
The Xanadu and HPC1 clusters will be down on Tuesday, November 21st for upgrades. We will be migrating all HPC1 nodes to Xanadu resulting in 18 additional compute nodes.
The improved Xanadu cluster will still support and accept most PBS scripts but we recommend that users familiarize themselves with Slurm as documented here
